• Service Availability: Our services are available within the Hackney area and surrounding regions. We are unable to guarantee availability outside these areas.
• Service Charges: Prices are determined based on the volume of items, distance, and any additional requirements. All charges are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for our services must be made in full upon completion of the job. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.:

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
• Payment Disputes: Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 7 days of service completion. We will investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Packing: Ensuring all items are properly packed and secured. We are not liable for any damage to items that were not adequately packed.
• Accessibility: Providing clear access to the property for our team and vehicle. This includes driveway access and any necessary permits.
• Valuables: Removing or securing valuable or fragile items that are not to be transported. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to such items.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
• Rescheduling: We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

5. Liability and Insurance

Hackney Man with Van prioritizes the safety and security of your belongings.

• Insurance Coverage: We provide basic insurance coverage for all items transported. Additional insurance options are available upon request.
• Liability Limit: Our liability is limited to the value of the items as declared by the customer. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Claims: Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 14 days of service completion. Claims must include relevant documentation and evidence.

6. Force Majeure

Hackney Man with Van is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
